1. Few of the very senior manager team always think about their own motives , even if they earn good money still busy to count penny. No timely F&F no Gratuity no other benefits are given to poor workers for several years. 2. Developmental initiatives are gone for a toss because leaders don't know about it. 3. Leadership team earning more than they deserve without delivering such. 4. Company should invest in young talent and infuse new ideas rather than carrying old people and old processes. 5.
