In my dept. team work is must and i had worked with best team since 2020.

Dislikes

Job security is very low. Salary is consolidated. Zero perks, no increament, no hike in salary.

Work Details

It was good before last year i.e 2020 but due to change in managment and after the joining of rigid, arrogant senior personel in Admin dept. Just to satisfy his own ego, he had terminated many outsourced staff, which was not required.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I learnt immensely from this govt. organization office atmosphere was ok but work of nature is so interesting and enjoyable as this office deals with foreigner, dance, singing and music.

Dislikes

Staff of this office is not so good but my working experience was so valuable for me.
