Office politics and increase in workload without any benefits. Most of the times you have to work 7 days without any benefits if one is working in sales department

Likes

Learning new things was the only thing that kept me motivated in day to day affairs. Moreover, since the organisation is maharatna, it has lots of functions and roles that are really interesting to learn and adapt. Overall, working culture is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal policy is poor, all are rated par with little focus on due merits.
