Everything other than salaries are worst as per my experience. Work culture is terrible with bad office politics, behavior of boss is pathetic treating young joiner worst than the servants putting up a huge pressure all the time , insulting and scolding almost everyday in the office in front of stuff and workers giving threats of taking disciplinary actions even though I could hardly remember any day I got back from office working after 8 hours. Overall everyday they have created an atmosphere of terror in the office. I feel like exploited in the office politics everyday. I had to work 101to 12 hours from Monday to Saturday or in some week got called in Sunday also.HR are very deceptive all the time speaking in a tone that they will stand by you but at the end they will stab you from behind.
