The admin is the worst department to join here... No stable job... You will report to a mad lady.. She is director with pathetic language .. An old cow in tight skin 🤣🤣🤣... My sincere advice if you are working somewhere please don't leave that company and join this hell for 4-5K and later cry at home...

This is lala company... Don't join this company looking at their infrastructure.. The AGM - admin is good in selling scraps and mint the money from there and keep commission. He will always point out your mistakes to a mad lady director.. About mad lady director she will never let you speak she will always yell like a milking Buffalo🐃🐃... Cut the crap don't listen to me go join and die.. Lol

Commitment of HR (Mumbai was not on payment terms and not provide the salary brackup after the joining and change the salary structure after joining company. Before joining the company they saying you have to join the company. So there is huge difference between what they are saying before joining and after joining.

It is hell to work with terrible culture. You are always shown how you are doing wrong & no matter how you are expertise in your domain. You are always under third person watch & all your activities reaches to MD. Every month your third person review taken & yes what you do out side the company, to whom you meet, everything get noted & reported to MD. Its not company but a hell.

I was Senior Manager. At joining letter salary is different & actual always differs. 15% variable with very poor in hand salary. First year bonus is 50%, Also first year variable pay you will not get. In factory, no canteen, no free lunch, no breakfast, not office to seat HODs, all Baba adam tables without lockers, chairs. When MD or any guest or imp visitors visit then you have to take lunch on your table....Read More

Caution- Management having some their contractors. When management ask them to give written statement against any employee, then they gives written statement that xyz employee asked bribes n they paid him in cash. And you will get dismissed within a day.
