Timings are good, but they cut your salary if you don't arrive by 9:30 pm. You will receive half salary despite staying late or work pressure. 6. The company is run by the Grandhi family. Anyone with that surname receives preferential treatment. 7. BCMO employees who work with the founders receive many benefits. 8.
