1.No benefits, i was not given any accommodation when i moved to a new city. 2.They have a 3 month notice period where you are not allowed to take any leaves even if it is a medical emergency. This is brutal . 3. No one listens to your problems. Neither your manager nor HR

It's great company to work with, there are lot of seniors whom you can learn from. You have to handle lot of responsibilities which will enhance the leadership qualities and they have many spots events to blow of the steam. I am loving working here.

There are indoor games like carrom, foosball available in the office, we can relax there.

There is no Job Security. Suddenly, HR will call you and say they are going to lay you off. They do not even give time to react. They will suddenly tell you to screen share an.d guide you to submit resignation. Currently, there are no projects in that organisation. I would not suggest anyone to join this organisation.

i wont say as dislike but company could arrange more team outings and team lunch, and some other events in office to engage more co-employee relationship between us. Because of work from home, many are working from home and we do not have peer relationship between the employees.
