- worst possible leave policy, if you are sick in april/may you are doomed. - the pattern I noticed here is it takes eternity to get promoted. - strict 9 hours biometric attendance. Who cares if you were available to work on critical fixes midnight or you join meetings from home after that 9 hours. - bad work quality with no CI/CD in most projects until it hits production. Unit testing is not mandatory. Lack of dedicated QAs - too much AI hype and enforcement which is pushing juniors to the wrong direction of learning. - Had massive layoffs - Politics...Read More

While the company offers substantial learning oppurtunites,there can be challenges in balancing support and development tasks, which might feel overwhelming at times. Additionally, structured training programs or better onboarding processes for freshers could help them adapt more quickly.
