I am working here for 3 years.. so sharing my experience. Good environment until you are not in notice period. Salary on time. Job security. Work from home.

Dislikes

No quality projects. Old half cooked projects without proper KT. Salary is low as per industry standards. Management is lazy. High internal politics. PM don't take any responsibility. Developer is responsible for client call and coding. System and devices are from ancient age.. Coding on those machines are the real challenge you will face in indusnet not with implementing logic.

While I gained valuable experience at Indus Net Technologies, one thing I found disappointing was that they initially promised a work-from-home option during the hiring process, but after joining, that option was not provided. It affected my expectations and planning. Additionally, the fast-paced, client-oriented nature of the work sometimes led to tight deadlines and occasional work-life balance issues. - worst possible leave policy, if you are sick in april/may you are doomed. - the pattern I noticed here is it takes eternity to get promoted. - strict 9 hours biometric attendance. Who cares if you were available to work on critical fixes midnight or you join meetings from home after that 9 hours. - bad work quality with no CI/CD in most projects until it hits production. Unit testing is not mandatory. Lack of dedicated QAs - too much AI hype and enforcement which is pushing juniors to the wrong direction of learning. - Had massive layoffs - Politics...Read More
