Balanced office life except field staff. Meeting arrangement and hospitality. Annually family meet for all employees close bonding. One day in month full enjoyment no restriction from senior even they make some peg for you only that day.

24*7 duty as Field support engineer, No reliever provide by management during leave so phone ring every time. No material support for Sites only create pressure to maintain uptime on manpower. Over pressured due to uneven sites distribution. Some of department head only satisfy there ego, not understand field challanges. I had very good views about Indus towers as I worked as a FSE in WB circle, but in MPCG all the good points have turned negative

Dislikes

Mpcg:No green card silver card to offrole employees, offrole employees treated as outsiders no weekoff or Sunday off, claim process extremely difficult uses paper claim, instead of excel. Everytime blackmailing about warning letter or asking to resign, HR scams new joinees by asking to join in extreme short notice which requires flight travel but doesn't reimburse, and provides offer letter while speaking to at flight layover, no work life balance, esh issues not addressed, tsp labour work without ppes mostly locally sourced, manager is by name but made to work like tsp superviser, only field visits no requirement of computer, qe and tech taking money from tsp has become common practice....Read More

There is so much of politics here, Managers ask Branch people to give bad review about particular person so that Managers can escalate them without any mistakes because of personal grudges. They shift you to different locations far away from your home They don't give any emergency or personal leaves inspite you having 50+ leaves. They escalates you if you take emergency leave saying leave should be approved and you cannot directly take it They doesn't respond to mail on time and makes you wait and then escalate you if you take leave. There is no increment of money All higher management are together and they will torcher you like hell It's the worst company to work for., many of my friends also faced same type of issues. Sometimes you have to stay in office till 10 or 11pm also if target is not complete. Target is so high that you will never receive incentives. 1. We were bullied by incompetent managers. 2. Unknown processes and single mistake leads to Job termination. 3. No discussion by CLT. 4. Feild warriors are not safe. 5. Office politics has ruined Indus Carrier of many hardworking feild warriors. 6. I would have never though of early exit. 7. No discussion of HR post resignation.
