Appraisal was not good as per market and economic standard those who are working more than 5+ years are suffering old salary model this need to be addressed and as a sales team petrol conveyance are given 2000 to 3000 wherelse petrol prices are gone up following same old policy

You have to work as the boss says but you have to live as the boss says, if you are not an employee of the bank, you have to be a slave of the boss, in 11 years of experience, the worst experience is indusind bank.

Over all culture very bad Here the boss sometimes has a holiday but we have to work on the holiday too, here the boss has a family but we don't. Here only those who fell from the sky should work because family cannot be given time due to boss's claws

I feel very good and it was a good time of 4 years spent with indusind bank .

I have 4 years with full dedication to indusind bank but during a surprise verification I was not able to do it due to pain in my stomach but and they make it issue and ban me for 2 years and after resigning from bank 2 years later I asked for rejoin they denied. From that day I feel very bad and negative

Nothing is available to say like at IndusInd Bank. But only one thing is like 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday off due to its bank branch that is most liked thing at IndusInd Bank.

No reward and recognition for Collection team, No Support of top management, Unnecessary pressure creation, Unrealistic Targets, Unseless meetings everyday, no trust on downline team, very poor hierarchy mechanism, HR have no rights to speak, poor HR Support.

Higher management is very poor and nobody is supporting for work even Regional manager in chandigarh in Agriculture department using abusing languages and zonal manager is also supporting him work environment is very poor in last FY in my area overall 95 % Staff is resign due to his working style HR is also captured by Regional head and ZH..
