The best parts of working with INEL has been the team mates being extremely helpful and cooperative. Also, the guidance from the parent company as well as the Proprietor himself is invaluable. Work life balance cannot be any better, I assure. If you are performing well, the company will want to retain you for as long as it can, so job security is never an issue. INEL being a sales firm, my team mates were usually on visit and i had to work solo in office as the rest of the staff is available at the factory location and parent company in mumbai. That is the only downside I faced.
