With Infiniti Research my experience has been memorable. Starting with my interview, everything has been fantastic. The HR dept. was clear about my role and gave me a fine idea of what to expect. During my probation and tenure afterward, I've acknowledged this clarity. This role comes with freedom as well, allowing me to be creative and present out-of-the-box strategies.

Good colleagues definitely have a positive impact. I am lucky to be around such people. With them everything is easy-going, They foster my growth. They collaborate well without any miscommunication arising. Although they are my colleagues, I consider them to be my friends.

I value feedback directly from my founders and they provide it too. I ensure every team members has relevant duties.

I've enjoyed my time in this company. I began the role as a newbie. From the first day of this job, I have worked with awesome leaders who greatly guide me. They simplify everything, making tasks easy to understand. Their briefings has always been clear. It's because of all their help that I've nailed every task given to me. This is a must join company if you are a fresher.

Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

Dislikes

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

Highly professional individuals work in this office. A top management team has been formed. There are leads and managers to guide teams. All of them are truly exceptional in providing guidance. Their professionalism is inspiring and they pay heed to work ethics. I feel quite fortunate that I work with them. I've shaped my professional traits by observing theirs.

Indeed, I am seated near the corner, I can still hear noise from outside the building.

Infiniti Research is an impressive company. It offers a fantastic office environment. There are several standout advantages. The workflow here is as smooth as one can imagine. It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.

Dislikes

Access to paid online platforms is limited for participating in courses that I personally wish to do.

What I appreciate here the most is the work I am assigned. It is challenging but engaging and serves my professional requirements. At a personal level, it satisfies my hunger for something that keeps me engaged. I am assigned new tasks every now and then. This is the best way to make my experience great.

Dislikes

As much as I've observed, most managers are approachable except for some. There is nothing else that I dislike.

The HR team really stands out, all because of its professionalism. It is dedicated to looking after what the employees need. I salute its dedication to constantly ensuring our satisfactions. The concern gets promptly addressed. Regardless of an issue being minor, it is not left unattended by the HR team.

Dislikes

While talking to some employees, I find communication to be a concern. Their responses are not clear enough which cause some confusion in work.
