Initially salary was good as per Market standards but later on in past 2 years there has been no hike . Basically as everyone knows company is going through a tough phase .

Mostly everything from culture to work to salary hike to promotion . Worst of all are senior management starting from leads with 0 input and 100 politics.

the work culture is bad , shitloads of work is slapped on you if someone leaves the organization without proper training or guidance at branch level offices the culture is only about sales and numbers or else you are wortless , the remuneration offered is also low as per industry standards,

Liked the fact I got to work on many products end to end and took full ownership of the product.

I didn't like the management's stand, not having faith on our work, and no benchmark for designer's effort. Management does not understand the workload of UX designer or understand the importance of UX research. Also didn't like stringent work from office days policies.

Sales pressure is quite high, will have to work extra hours daily without any benefit if you are in sales, Leave policy on manager end is quite bad, you have 6 Off per month but you only get 3 or 4

InfoEdge used to be one of the best companies to work for, but now it's only a profit factory they keep all the money to themselves leaving nothing to the employees. Only job security is there but that too will go away in the near future.
