Work-life balance the way you like it Team and work culture is something they ace on. You’ll have interesting experiences with senior engineers throughout the globe while working on projects.

Dislikes

Infor has it’s own neat and clean Framework which is very difficult to start with along with the old coding principles. The salary is average as compared to what is being offered in the market. The salary hike is pretty lousy, experienced developers are supposed to get a good hike.

No Employee benefits, infor don't care if employee complaint on anything. Facilities team is really bad. Basic facilities like: tissue paper, hand wash, drinking water, basic stationary, there are lots of things which infor don't provide

As far as their product and marketing are concerned, they are still 90s and need to catch up with the current generation. Moreover, too many changes take place at the leadership level each month.
