There is a great campus inside with lot of facilities like medical and financial. There is free tea/coffee in every building.

Firstly, there is no availability of projects for quite sometime now. When you join Infosys, you will be allocated to random streams, some of which have no relevance with the current market. There are no real ways to test talent. Lastly, I got fired because I asked for projects, and they got caught that they are not having any projects. To cover their weakness, I got fired.

Not a good organization and managers suckers of trainee freshers. Do not join worst organization. No job securities there are some students copied and passed the exams they still serving and I have passed exams and HR manger select freshers as per faces are good or not. They should hire talent.

Here its the best part.From date of joining to date of termination only torture.They have opened a new ko;kata DC office and the from infyme app we can't book seats.If 100 seats are available then also it shows zero seats.No specific timing to book the seats once thry open at6:00pm and another day at 12:00am.Still these backend members are not fired,instead they fire us.And no Equality ,if a employee commits crime everyone should be punished equally,but no 1 survives and another loses job.Majority people clear certifications exam at home through cheating and some are invited to DC to clear ofline.What's this?1 section getting beneffited another not....Read More

There is nothing to like about Infosys except job security. It is absolutely a labour company to work with. Very poor culture, no appraisals, no promotions, no learning. You will be stucked in same position so long

I joined after my BCA,,we'll get random project(that too not of our interested are),rarely get to work with technologies,after 1.9 yrs you will be prompted as senior operations executive, after this you have to wait for another 1.5 yrs at least to be promoted for some other role.
