Toxic work culture. Each unit head and his managers run unit as their private enterprise. They can create all fake proofs to fire an employee or promote their favorites. Unit heads and Onsite unit heads do not like to be questioned, very fragile egos. They can spoil your career in a snip. All company initiatives are for show only, IJP , HEAR, Appraisal. You join and retire/fired on the same salary you joined irrespective of your years of association. Females practicing their authority and leadership rights are not unacceptable. You would be given a senior position but all power and decision will be exercised and controlled by male leadership only. If you challenge then you would be snipped out within days. HR is a proxy department which works only for unit manager relationships not for employees....Read More

Infosys great for experienced people who wants to retire or someone who wants to setle. Work culture is great and no one can force you do certain things. Best for women employees.

Appraisals and hike is not done properly in each cycle and performance review is not taken seriously by managers it s just a comment section for them in feedback which remains in words not reflected in salary .

Leave policy, appraisal policy, benefits are low, should deal with better clients. No appreciation. No team gathering and outing Because of this behavior j quit before getting any other offer

I don't like the internal management its deploying project random bases not on skills based then given training already there are lots of employees have the skills but they did not go for it random people they taken

I don’t like much aspects in infosys and its policies.

First of all there will be no hikes even you work more than 4 years and even if you work up to your mark exactly when the appraisal time they’ll release from the project so that you can’t ask them for appraisal if you ask for appraisal they will say you are not in the project till the projected time so you are not applicable for appraisal.
