Too much work pressure. No help from seniors. No job security. No respect. No promotion. No hike. They will make you work 7 days a week without any holiday. No sick leave. Else you will be escalated for any of the above reasons.

Just a job. Not much to like unless you like to play office politics. Even after winning H1B visa lottery they couldn't get my visa secured.

No increment in 2 years while the company posted record profits. Poorly managed projects where employees aren't treated well

There are some politics in our project. And need to improve their actions on complaints. But overall infosys is a good company to work

Work culture depends on project and team. My project was with good team and there was no work pressure. Leave policy is good where we can take planned leave as we wish.

Dislikes

1. No promotion for 3 year (2022 to 2025). Same salary since 2022 2. No recognition of talent and promotion. Promotions are given mostly for those who drop paper (I was offered to stay with 30% hike with promotion). I rejected the offer they gave to stay in.

One aspect I dislike about my workplace is that the salary does not reflect the level of productivity and effort put in. It feels mismatched, which can be discouraging at times.

No working life balance, no work culture. You are forced to work for 14 hours a day even if you are wfh employee. Often clients of western countries call you at 2:00 to 3:00AM IST. Some of your seniors who are sent to abroad force you to on camera and present which is difficult as per Indian mid night time. They say weekend off however like kids you get home works.

I appreciate their work life balance at Infosys as there is minimal work pressure. My colleagues are great and the campus is tidy and well maintained. Plus salaries are always on time and align with industry standards

Dislikes

I find that there's a lack of transparency regarding growth opportunities and I wish there were more chances for learning. Additionally there seems to be some favoritism based on state which can be frustrating.
