Projects are very small, no growth, less learning opportunities, though it provides competitive packages the inhad salary will be less.

You will struggle to find your unit HR. No direct contact to HR for that too you will have to raise a ticket. Everything is system Oriented. After maternity if you utilise your earned leave, system will automatically put you into leave code with LOP without your consent and if you are on bench in this period. Then being on LOP is also your fault that too which you haven't applied. 1. Learning Department is the best. (Regular sessions on all technology are conducted, you can avail free vouchers for external exams) 2. Best campus. (Better than you can imagine)

1. No Salary hikes, 2. No benefits, 3. No timely promotion, 4. Timely Progression is given (Fake promotion) where only your job title is incremented and nothing else is updated. (0 salary hike) 5. Never gave any festive bonus. (I was delusional to even expect it) 6. HR department is absolute worst. (Major setback) 7. 70 Hour work culture.
