Nothing, they will not fire u if u works according to them and says yes to everything and ready to work on lower salary for years

No salary growth at all here, no increment in last 3, 4 years if they give they have very restrict criteria where only higher management will only get salary increment. I joined as system engineer and after 3 plus years my salary is still 4lpa and after dedication it becomes about 2.8 lpa

Work Life balance is good. Less stressful environment. Nobody cares what you are doing as long as the job gets done.

Dislikes

Salary is in pennies compared to others in the industry. There are no appraisals and promotions take forever. Notice period is 3 months which makes switching difficult. Even for people from top B schools, payment is too low.

Awesome For freshers they will learn a lot from this company. There training programs are really awesome . Zero bench policies users who are on bench they can use accelerate portal to contribute for other manager projects. If they will like your work they will hire you .

Salary increment is pathetic... worst... i have not seen such low hikes anywhere. Would never recommend anyone to start career with infy with such low package. May be join as lateral. And also as infy says that client is like god to them.. and then we the poor emlpoyees are treated like servants of those clients.... this needs to be corrected. Company culture is good, but the family members in one project and starting politics. They are behaving like Hitler and no company policy later and their own policy if someone raised concern then torture to that person all the day. With this all team member resigned an snow happy with their work and personal life as well.
