Fake urgency of work, irrelevant work assignment, Unrealistic deadlines, more work load with under paid salary package equals to more stress, Infosys focus more on the variable salary component which is never paid 100 percent hence monthly in-hand salary is not fair Managers require to work over time and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines which is never appreciated nor paid

The pace of the development is very slow it is good to start and switch in an year kind of job but if you are thinking about growing in infosys then you are in wrong mindset.

At times, the workload can be intense, especially during critical project phases, which might lead to stress and long hours.The path to promotion can sometimes be slow, and I felt that my career growth is not as rapid as Iwould like.

The only worst company i ever worked in my entire career. Dull and monotonous environment. No salary hike. They even want to take interviews on weekends. Manager is the ruling king inside infy.

Everything: management here is strongly following favouritism, HR supports managers only and if you are not in good books of your manager or even team lead, your ratings are always ME (meet expectations). Good Books means: come early and leave late, follow all words from them, do buttering and ruin your carrier and aspirations.

Awesome For freshers they will learn a lot from this company. There training programs are really awesome . Zero bench policies users who are on bench they can use accelerate portal to contribute for other manager projects. If they will like your work they will hire you .

They are behaving like Hitler and no company policy later and their own policy if someone raised concern then torture to that person all the day. With this all team member resigned an snow happy with their work and personal life as well.
