Currently layoffs are going on feom Jan 2025, manager or managemnt targeting the employee to fire, They gave u purposefully bad rating and they can fired because of the same reason, prior to notice and forcefully to.layoff alsp off shore/ onshire managers are envolved in this. Campus structure and nauture: infrastructure and natural surroundings are good; cleanliness and hygiene are also good and maintained. Secure and protective for women and girls if they needed any assistance or any type of flexibility, also traving protective if late-night works are theirs.

Unresponsive team: Incredibly challenging to receive timely assistance from HR, recruiters, and managers. Lack of support, especially when needed. Teams respond only when it pertains to work, often with pressing demands. Constant Pressure: Employees are frequently pushed to meet deadlines and remain active on their PCs from morning to night, leaving no room for personal space or relaxation. Sapiance Tracking: Sapiance to monitor employees enforces stringent online activity, adding unnecessary stress and micromanagement. Hectic work environment: The work culture is overhelmingly demanding, with uncooperative leads who behave in a bossy and critical manner. This lack of collaboration significantly hampers the work experience. Poor Management: Leaders and team leads often fail to offer constructive feedback, instead choosing to focus on criticisms and high-handed behavior, which demotivates employees. High Attrition Rate: Many new joiners and even some experienced employees resign within days or weeks due to these ongoing issues. Unmet salary expectations: The compensation offered during onboarding often falls short of what is promised, leading to disappointment when salaries are credited. No career growth: For experience professionals, Infosys offers little to no opportunities for career advancement, making it a poor choice for long-term growth. The job security is a plus. The training provided at Infosys is the industry best and of world class level.

Dislikes

The appraisals and promotions are not on par compared to the other competing organisations. Three employees are underpaid for the work they do and the skills they possess. The salary compensation is good for the lateral joiners than the experienced who've stayed with the organisation for a longer period.

They need to be transperant in promotion policy and need to learn that everyone is there to earn. You cannot bar anyone from increment if he or she is performing. Fairness in opportunity should be their and if one performs one should get what hw or she deserves.

They donot pay fair also they dont give dividend on once performance. People lack motivation because of this.I was assured of promotion if continue to work with client in night shift after 2 yaars they left me in sea all alone
