No Hikes this year as well they said they'll give 5-8% but for peoples who recieved ECR (Early career rewards) they didn't give hike which is quite disappointing. because, worst part is they were only giving 5 % whereas even maid wants 10% hike every year. We work really hard and in return what we hear? that a lateral joinee getting double package while us working for a client day and night and getting nothing out of it. I am writing this at 3 AM finished overtime without any additoinal pay + no hikes. It's really frustrating. I am planning to leave it soon! if youre fresher and looking for start of your career then it's okay but it'll never worth until they pay fairly....Read More

Worst place for freshers to join, as there is no room to learn or grow in what you are interested. But if you are are yes sir/mam and always there to please people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.

I don't like anything here. Senior management staff is completely unorganised and they don't even value your time.

Dislikes

Please don't ever join this organisation if you are fresher. Just consider other options if you have. If not go for the coding classes and be a developer in startups first.
