The improvements such as - 1. We take approval for each and every little thing, it costs a lot of time for it. We can surely reduce this time. 2. Improve the process of handling Issues and make it FAST and Prior.

It used to be a great company but not anymore
- VP and Some Engineering managers are the ones who do not know anything about engineering. they work whole day on excel sheets. sometimes they are not even capable of managing resources. Unrealistic timelines - 3 months of work they ask to be done in 3 weeks then a top guy comes asking and scolding why there's no quality in best design in the work. Even though He's the one doing everything with those vp and managers. Most of the people here are already looking out for change. HR on top of everything talks very unprofessionally. he will make you feel miserable. Whoever fights for and not accepting timelines is put in a negative zone and soon in PIP. One Engineering manager - he doesn't even know how to talk. He doesn't even understand a word about any tech. Most of the Top management is a friend of each other from past. None of them are actually coming from a good company. they haven't done anything recognisable in thier life and now they are leading engineering. Whatever is happening CTO is very well aware. But he doesn't care anymore. CTO and his top management friends are here in the company just till IPO , They will make money and they will live and that's why they have stopped thinking about quality at all....Read More
