They are having a big product range. If you want to learn then it is good. Learn and switch company.

It's totally a field job. You will get a huge burden of target no matter whether you are in sales or service domain. North operation Manager is wild animal. He do not know anything and always shouting and behaving rudely to Engineer all the time. No one will help if you stuck anywhere. Salary is average and always the management increasing the load of Engineer.
