While working at Innominds Software has been a largely positive, one area for improvement could be the peace of decision-making. Sometimes, the collaborative nature of the company means that decision take longer to finalize. Feedback process is continuous and constructive, featuring regular performance reviews and 360-degree feedback from peers, subordinates, and RM. Open communication channels ensure that employees can discuss concerns and receive immediate input. Until you got escalated from customer no one will touch you. No mandate working hours. Until you meet the deliverables no issue. They will give you good amount while joining only. Never expect good hike or timely hike.

Dislikes

It has lot of white elephants. They won’t grow and they won’t let you grow. Here designation is different and work will be different. If you want your work to be exposed, you need to get escalated by your customer and you need to resolve the problem. In some dominoes lot of micromanagement will be there. 80% of the chances that you may not get company performance pay of 5%. This want happened from the initial day onwards. From 31st Bench day onwards there will be salary cut irrespective of whether they given opportunity to get into billing or not....Read More

My career was started with innominds it's very good company and this is the secure job mostly there is a work life balance. coming to my work I'm working in CD department there I feel friendly work environment. Innominds will conduct every festive event, and we are very interested to participate on those.

There is no job security and bench policy is too bad..only 1st month they give full salary..after they cut the salary.. mostly they maintain payroll /staffing company . Currently management also not good . And bench we need to come daily office ...and they cut salary every month some amount if we have a project also ....if we ask they r tell more stories...

They hire the people with no projects in hand and put you in LOP. They will not schedule even a single interview with clients for Project Allocation even after 1.5 years after joining. Company perfomance linked deductions of 5% from past 1.2 years. No hikes will be given here instead salary deduction is done. Managers will forceyou to leave the company, they does not support you at all. No team dinners. Poor Management....Read More
