Innovaccer is the worst place to work. The non deserving people sitting on higher positions. No learning, no trainings, no recognition. They have 1 policy is to lay off people whenever they are awaken to the increasing costs just one solution - lay off people. If you cannot polish ego of seniors or give them gossip of floor then youare useless irrespective of the work you do. It's a horrible place. Higher management is just busy in making their money their high end increaments not at all bothered about the team...Read More

Everything. No discipline. Policies are different for different folks. If you are favourite then company can make unwanted expenses on you. Favouritism, biasedness, perception driven management. Leaders are not deserving at all
