If you are working in the client location. No one will care about you. No work life balanxe No shift allowances. Need to work as per the client holidays. Need to work on 1st, 3rd saturdays amd 5th if 5 weeks are there in a month. Manager will not bother to listen your words. HR will listen but he cant do much without manager permission.

All the leads are too old. Huge age gap with employees. Very narrow minded and toxic environment overall. New ideas and inputs are not considered or appreciated. I believe instead of progressing they are going backwards. If u raise a complait regarding any issue HR is least bother. No actions taken against the injustice

I had a good experience all through my tenure, everybody gets well with one another. There is unity and co-operation amongst employees. One big family.

As this is my first company, Got the knowledge how a corporate work. This company mainly works with Corporate Bank got the knowledge about banking system and flow. Coming about what I like company infrastructure, Surrounding environment, Spacious area.

Don't have proper canteen open area, on floor canteen has less space, less variety of food option, minimal taste and cost is more as compared to oustside. Inside politics are there. shuttle services are minimal. Any approval takes times
