Trying to find atleast one since I joined but no luck

Dislikes

Worst company I have ever worked for. Full of people who are technically inefficient and spending time only by doing politics and not sharing information so as to save their job. Laterals joiners are ragged by these people and targeted in front of everyone and there is no respect and empathy at all . Developers dont even know basic programming and most people simply come to office make timepass and go. There are people who did not do anything for nearly an year took hefty salary and left one person needs to do handle everything and is accountable for everything which is highly unethical. They will tell joinees will get good technical exposure but after joining they will make to work on internal tools which are highly unstable and nothing to do with technical skills . Toxic work enviornment. Design Thinking is only hype and not implemented in any of the projects. Don't blindly believe unrealistic positive reviews and join and repent later ....Read More
