The increment policy is not so good . There is very little growth every year

Feeling Freedoms specially when you take good decision at right time otherwise you feel very bad and harassed by the employer if you were taken wrong decision like have release wrong report to client. Management is good in only good work and when you are doing work hard but if you asked to appraise or ask to hike salary then they became worst employer in the world they behave like that enemy and do the bad things against to the employee, they never increments the employee, their normal increment is 0.5 percent to 1 % yearly even then they torcher the employee day by day by doing a lot of work and never appreciate the right people in organisation, nepotism is on peak...Read More
Nepotism is on at peak Never do increment to any employee except their close one, whether employee is deserving or not Never promote to right employee, only promote those employees which are belongs to them Mangers behaviour is also not good, their behaviour and policy is non favourable to any genuine employee No any office timings is fixed only incoming time is noticeably, no any timings to out going office in evening No overtime, no any compensation, no increment, no promotion, so how to rely on this Their main target in only to achieve their target only whether hook by crook, any how Moreover HR has no responsibility to change the office environment, he is totally under the management pressure like that Full biased, never take any action to wrong and unethical things which is going on in the company Feel like that management is fully corrupted and run full of politics agenda, how to planning to against any good and straight forward employee to harras Company do increment for employees 0, 0.5,1, 2% this is the only number which get the employee in hike salary annualy, sometimes no any increment also get, only changes year 2022 to 2023 in increment letter...Read More

When project is completed in the duration time then after company not given other projects to do any work and company send termination latter also but they have lots of projects of work then after Company not thinking of about her employer for future. Company always think own profit and selfishness.

1.Weak planning and scheduling, 2.Torcherring hardlines Department manager Mr. Vikash Bhattacharya 3. They want you to work in 24×7. 4. Even Sunday also they will call and ask you to work. 5.you have to forgot your leaves. Bcz at what ever the emergency situation they will not give you leave. 6.Even dengue , malaria , tified fever means also they will not accept. 7. Very long time this vikash battachariya working in this company. If you are giving any complaints about him to management means also they will not take any action. 1. I’m learn many type of products inspection and gain knowledge. 2. All over India I have traveled for inspection purpose, so improved my self confidence.
1. Employee health, work pressure and safety not good due to inspection planning with managers guidance. 2. Some situation (or) work load happen fully, that day ask back office one more man power , but office not provide, and same time next day schedule again heave schedule ( 2 man day job he will plan 1 person only many time ) 3. Some Client inspection result FAIL, our office will change SELF report (or) PASS report. That report not share client, only PASs report only client sent based on Regular business and revenue. 4. We reached factory 9:30am ( 1.5 man day), but goods not ready for inspection, as per client and intertek procedure will wait 2 hours, we are starting inspection at 4:00pm how will complete the inspection, so take too much time to complete the inspection, some time completed early morning. Again morning biggest schedule. 5. I’m not telling anything intentionally, this all are happening still. If have any negative opinions with me please contact, I will explain everything. no one can ask questions to senior manager. Because he rule everything. 6.
