Likes: Overall company culture is good. Even being hybrid system, I was allowed to work remotely for long period of time due to my personal needs so work life balance is excellent.
Senior management is very approachable if you have anything that you would want their guidance on and teams in general are very helpful.

Likes: They'll give more pkg than other companies comparatively. Small organization so you can reach everyone easily HR, Management etc. Dislikes: Projects, very old techs mostly too old that you won't be able to google. Security, small duration projects 2 3 months so after that you'll be on bench/layoff. Sometime Iris feel like a middle man only, all your decision will be taken by client. Management won't even discuss with client. Join as last resort only.
Likes: I value Iris software for it, supportive, innovative projects and opportunity to grow professionally.
Dislikes: At times, side deadlines, and communication gaps can be challenging, but they also offer opportunities to improve adaptability and problem solving

Dislikes: I have worked at iris more than 2 years. So i have seen that Iris has most of the support project. If you are from development background still wfm team allocate to you into support project. If you refuse to wfm team then they force you to resign from iris. I have seen in iris has small projects which are completed within 1.5 year.
