Good WLB, but depends on customer and team.
Dislikes
When people are hired, please don't place them on bench for more than 2 months, this brings down their morale. I have seen a case where one person is asked to resign as he was on bench for more than 6 months, but he was not given any client interview. He has a family to support, I hope this practice is stopped by their WFM team.
