Company has good set up to attract candidates to join company. Company revenue is good to handle big team.

Dislikes

No Professionalism. No leave policy. More Hiring Firing, Not provision of paid leaves, holidays. No confirmation, no appraisal, even completing couple of years. Not providing details for PF accounts. not sure about existence of PF account. and many more corns

Work Details

Lots of workload, be bull and enjoy work load. Name 'iServe' itself represents you must dedicate yourself for work and work only. You need to work on Sunday without payment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
