in india ISS Mumbai off team is very good management we control and good leaders zero corruptions but in Bangalore office HPE account leaders is not good, need to be replace AGM position here because is involving fully big money corruptions and is only selecting and finalizing the vendors and his own AGM safety purposes now targeting removing old site employs,if replaced this AGM to growth iss top passion in Bangalore office also
Leaders treating here as a local company type and many corruptions ,HPE account HR team is very poor and is not fallowing MNC company process and is treating as as owner ship company hr, pls replace and deploy from Mumbai office hr team, and all these corruptions and hr working every thing is knows and is not care about this
please county leaders intervention is necessary and should alien the management and do not think leaders giving very good profit and should track corruptions and do the nice corrective actions, all these corrected no doubt about iss will go top position
It was nice experinance for me. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Personaly i think there is play lots of politics and manager take all the credit of down level staff..

iss facility services company is good but HP account leaders is not good persons specialy bangalore leaders, company will not bother about leaders good or not the company will not think the company wants only profit slowly all the contracts will close

Favaourism done. Staff is selected on the basis of relation and not on the basis of skills. Increments are good but in terms of them because instead on increasing in hand salary they increase the gratuity percentage. Which is 700 increment in ur inhand salary.These increments are supposed to be given in April but we receive it in September/ October.
