It depends on the project and manager, If you are working in US shift ITC will not pay double pay for those days you worked on Indian holidays. Even you will not be able plan your comboff, Reason there is a business requirement You will not be able to take even planned leave, If you ask for leave one month before also they will giveweek off for that day, 34 leave balance is still pending. This will happen if you working with pathetic manager or incapable as manager. Initially they hired for different project and they deployed in different project not only for me this happened more then 4-5 People's with my co workers. No all the projects and manager is bad there are good manager and good projects....Read More

Due to new CEO employee policies has been changed. So HR and exit team were very regressive in layoffs. No job security if you are not in project.

Dislikes

Though they were unable to show us the projects, they are forcing us to put down resignation and threatens us with the legal issues if you deny the resignation. Even the 3 months notice reduced to 1 month and remaining 2 months they are providing us only the basic pay. This is only my personal opinion..
