Overall good experience Work pressure and work life balance all depends on the project we work for.
Dislikes
Advance performance pay looks good when we join. But when we leave they deduct the whole amount or some percentage based on how long we have been working in that year from work anniversary. The don't return tax. We have to file TDR and get it back. There are difficulties if there is a difference on the financial year from credit and debit. Other than this I don't see much problem.
