Company had it good name earlier, perhaps with the good people in management team . Now it's fish market culture and every thing fishy Bengali......dominated or very simply to say nepotism to Bengali person for promotion

Very emotionally worked with this company as knowing it's good name and fame at the market was a mistake as I realised that the prevailing Bengali culture is not supportive to a committed worker in this organisation.

Actually in all Pharmaceuticals concern the work life balance is not possible , due to tremendous pressure of every hour format filling culture that had cropped up with the advent of present internet era. In JAGSONPAL this is very much prevalent.
