Everything is great except management. Work culture is good but work pressure is high in this company. I can give 4.5 ratings out of 5. I had a excellent work experience and humble colleagues.

There are two things that I disliked in jchl are work pressure and appraisal.

All the department heads are very friendly. MD is good . Nice environment to work . Salary appraisal based on your dept.Head. Over all good.
