No work life balance, no holiday, no more leaves only he is working Sunday and sutraday alway take approval holiday days he said holiday is normal working day pure politics and HR policy is very bad he is not responsible time issue. SENIOR MANAGEMENT & LESS BASIC FACILITIES OF BANKING THEY DON'T PROVIDE DESKTOP FOR WORKING AT ALL. THEIR ARE SINGLE DESKTOP FOR 9 EMPLOYEES IN MY BRANCH AFTER REQUESTING AND DEMANDING SEVERAL TIMES THEY DON'T LISTEN. AND WANT BUSINESS ALL THE TIME FROM EMPLOYEES. AND PRESSUISE TO WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ALSO. VERY BAD WORKING CULTURE AT JANA.
