Seniors have open door policy.... Hence lot of comfort to interact Management is always keen to find ways of new learning and growrh for teachers. Very progressive thought process

Dislikes

Needs more alignment in annual calendar. But I guess all schools are nowadays managing multiple boards and activities and assessment. So it is inevitable

Work is balanced well with breaks... Just about when I feel threshold is reached... Break arrives of some sort.
