There is nothing new to learn in this plant in terms of technology or technicality excluding the R&D and proto department. The management is also not supportive. The organization should also grow in terms of technology to build itself in the OEM sector and should provide training to the new coming people.

Dislikes

There is no support from the management and even if an employee tries to do something innovative through which the company itself can make profit, they won't support and would rather try to pull back the Employee through speaking bad and not providing them good increment and grades.
