People at plant locations are not treated properly instead of the fact that they are the main heroes of the company. In comparison to corporate office they have Lower Production incentives, 6 days working for everyone and no additional benefits in terms of work life balance.

Dislikes

Accommodation facilities are a major concern, as availability is limited. Additionally the location is remote, and transportation options are not well developed. However shift-wise bus service are provided by the company.

Negetive points - No incentive on month wise, though it is included in incentive. Transportation problem inside plant. A civil section has only 2 vehicles which are being used by 30 members.
