The dynamic environment keeps you engaged, and you constantly develop new skills. Plus, you get to work with colleagues from IIT, NIIT, and other reputed companies, which creates a great opportunity for knowledge-sharing and networking.

One of the challenges of working at Jindal Stainless (JSL) is the extremely high work pressure. Every day, there are strict targets for the PR to PO process, and meeting them can be stressful. Managers often do not allow time to attend HR training, learning programs, or skill development sessions. The working hours are also quite long, with a strict 8:30 AM start time and leaving only after 7:00 or 7:30 PM.
