JITM skills is a Skill India based company. There is three another project JITM diagnostic, The Sal Woods Forest retreat & Spa Dehradun. I have learnt so many things in this company. No job security. You can get fire any time by management or CEO. Work culture is nothing here. He can't understand your employees problem. Management is weak, HR team is not professional.

Teammates are supportive but the management is not good. Work environment is not healthy although you will get work life balance there but skill development and learning is not there.Company policies are good, but delay in appraisals and salary.
