This company was not a well organized company. There is no proper channel. Supposed if an employee want salary slip it takes more than one month and HR are not doing well in there job responsibility. There is no proper training of all the staffs. There is no actual pay-out date. Salary was not given on time. Sometimes previous monthsalary was given after 20 days of current month. If we want help from HR they didn't pickup our call for several times. They change their number frequently. And many more...Read More

Teammates are supportive but the management is not good. Work environment is not healthy although you will get work life balance there but skill development and learning is not there.Company policies are good, but delay in appraisals and salary.
