Likes

Teammates are supportive but the management is not good. Work environment is not healthy although you will get work life balance there but skill development and learning is not there.Company policies are good, but delay in appraisals and salary.

Management is improper. No proper chanelling for problem solving. Delay in Salary and appraisals

Nothing is like from this company

Dislikes

This company was not a well organized company. There is no proper channel. Supposed if an employee want salary slip it takes more than one month and HR are not doing well in there job responsibility. There is no proper training of all the staffs. There is no actual pay-out date. Salarywas not given on time. Sometimes previous month salary was given after 20 days of current month. If we want help from HR they didn't pickup our call for several times. They change their number frequently. And many more...Read More

There is no career growth and no job security in JITM skills as they can terminate you without giving any particular reason. They(even director of the company) don't give any respect to their faculties. Such a fraud company I have ever worked with terrible experience.

Fraud company with no job security. Even they didn't give the actual salary(which is decided by govt for skill trainers) to the trainers.
