I like company give us permenant job in fire man and give setisfaction salery
Plz give the perment job and fill of fire departmen plz do us permenant as a fireman in jk paper we will glade and do the job happly.

I dislike in company low selery scale of fireman and many fire accident in compny but company management can't geven perment job of fireman in company thats dislike a resan and in contract fire man duty 12 hours and selery not setisfection

And net payment :- 9700 or 9800 in a full month attendance
This selery not we setisfection of 12 hrs.

In jk paper job security and carrier growth providing good training in various point of view nd working environment is very good

compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing nd distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operation.As long as i get to work closely with silent it wil be a great learning .

Salary is not satisfactory compared to Job role and responsibilities and work life balance is not good. People coming in general shift have to work from morning 8am to evening 7 pm.

I am working as a process incharge, so I have to look after and monitor operating parameters, optimize the chemical dosage and utilities keeping in mind quality as jk Paper gives utmost priorities to quality.

Jk is a number 2 leading company in paper industry all over india...work environment and skill development programmes are conducting in jk..about salary some what disappointment regarding fresher's otherwise it is good for all...work life is also very balancing in jk..

Nothing is dislike in jk..In any company there is a politics will happen by some stupid mentality leaders....dnt consider that..

Colleagues are from different states and culture but working environment is very co-ordeal.Company is very much concerned about the development of their employee by arranging in-house and out bound training.Job security is there. Salary is comparable with best in the Industry.For achieving goals of the company you are free to take decision in your area.

Salary is slightly on lower side as compared to other Industries.

As i am in Instrumentaion Department i am doing also Handling all type of Erection, Commissioning also Maintanance work of all Instrument.

Good company to work. Good for freshers to learn,implement skills. Average work environment. Takes long time for growth in career. High work pressure.
