Salary is good( if u are lucky)

No meaningful increments, less than the inflation. Work culture is absolute shit,I would suggest every women thinking about working here to steer clear of this place.you are a modern day slave with them dictating how you live even after u leave the office. No overtime even if u work 12 hours which you will do often. The entire management is rotten except for a few good ones. For bachelors- if you are forced to work here come prepared to look at a very bad accommodation and food. And never make waves in the system, these PPL hate change and will try to make your life hell or kick u out...Read More

Before Work-Life balance not maintained properly but now maintaining .

Dislikes

Higher authority should realise that everyone having their own quality and calliper to achieve the goal. Salary hike or promotions proper and in time. It would be better if taking feedback of the plant sectional in charge of the department.

The best thing about working at J K paper is it’s here you can get a good opportunity to learn new things and skills. Apart from that location, people, colony, and facilities are nice here.
