Looking for Better Opportunities

I'm currently working in Genpact with an experience of 3 years into Record to Report - General Accounting and Fixed Assets Both with current CTC of 7LPA. Total work experience is 7 years. I'm looking for a new organisation to work with. Can anybody help me getting the HR direct contact numbers for Accenture, JLL or can suggest me better opportunities. Also i need assistance with what i can expect as per market standards as i know that i am already underpaid.
