Role is good and learning is there. Work hardly exceeds 8hrs

Dislikes

Feels like working at a call center. Productivity enhancing tool monitors everything you do and manager forces you to mark half day leaves if less than 8 hrs productive. Pay growth is too less (<10% annually) Non flexible working days.

I only like the interview process in company because they take 2 or 3 rounds of interview according to the position and there is no technical rounds.

The Worst part of the company is so much pressure of work and the volume of the work sometime we have to miss the lunch break to manage the volume of the work and the TAT of the work is same day sometimes we have to cover that work on Saturday or Sunday's
